Description

TODO DE MOSAICO's cement tiles are classic, colorful and durable finishes for floors, walls and accents. 
Pasta floors are also known as cement tile, hydraulic tile, or cuban tiles in the US. 
In TODO DE MOSAICO we offer a wide selection of designs, textures and colors. 
You can choose from stock products or design your own style, with design and color.
Mosaics are appropriate for residential and commercial projects.
Mosaics traditionally form patterns when 4 or more pieces are joined, depending on the design. 
They are rotated to create a design and by joining 4 or more pieces the design can generate new figures.
Solid tiles are also available, in larger designs, these solid tiles can create patterns and patterns as if each one were a pixel of an image.

Instalation

1. Inspect your order before installing.
2. Store the mosaic in a dry place, humidity can create stains, cracks and color changes in the mosaic that has not been sealed.
3. The mosaics should be used from several boxes, randomly to ensure that there are no complete areas in different colors. 
Due to their handmade nature, the mosaics may present variations in color and it is recommended that they be stirred before installation.

2. Todo de Mosaic is not responsible for the mosaic if it is installed incorrectly. Please follow the installation manual.
3. Being a handmade product, it can present variations in color tones and strokes, which go unnoticed when forming the rugs, this makes each mosaic a unique piece.
SHIPPING AND RECEPTION
1. All orders not delivered directly by Todo de Mosaico are delivered on a pallet, laminated and strapped with an additional cost. In the event that the client rejects said cost, the client assumes full responsibility for the product from the moment he leaves our facilities.
2. All Material leaves our facilities in perfect condition and properly packaged. Any claim for damaged material must be made to the transport company.
3. The client receives in an attached file the content of each tarmina sent by TDM and the client is responsible for checking that it is received completely.
4. The customer is responsible for the inspection of all material once it is received. By signing the carrier, the customer assumes full responsibility that his order has been delivered complete.
5. Photographs of the damaged material are required to assist you in any claim. Please note the damages in the Shipping Letter at the time of delivery, no claim will proceed if it is not registered in said document and Please notify us within the following 24 Hours.
6. Please do not refuse the delivery, if you find damage, missing Material or receive the wrong quantities. Accept the material and write the details on the carrier’s receipt. If it is properly detailed, we can work on your replacement material.
7. All complaints due to Color, Design, Quality or Quantity must be resolved before installation, any complaint after installation will not be accepted.
